So on the 13th of August 2016 I attended my first YouTube event with my friends. There was four of us so we had to go in two groups. Summer in the city is one of the biggest YouTube events in the uk the vent is held in London it's for YouTube creators and fans to come together in one place and meet there is also live performances and talks. Summer in the city has been running since 2009 and more people learn about it each year. You get to meet you favourite YouTube everyone is in one place and it a nice atmosphere but it was very pack everyone wanted to be some where the meet and great line was so long but we all got there at the right time and didn't have to wait long to meet the creators. So the first person me and my friend meet was mark ferris he was so lovely and very which kind of scared me a bit but we had a little chat and a picture and that was that until his vlog came out and me and my friend found out we where in it.
